In accordance with the Covid-19 Sanitary Safety Protocol, issued by the Federal Government and in compliance with the established Sanitary Safety Technical Guidelines SALVIA APARTS informs you of the sanitary measures established within our facilities, for the safety and protection of both guests and collaborators.

Check-In

Luggage sanitization: Upon the arrival of each guest, a sanitization process is carried out on their luggage, by spraying sanitizing chemicals on each of the pieces.
Temperature measurement: The temperature of the guests will be taken upon arrival by a collaborator with an infrared thermometer.
Antibacterial gel and face mask: All guests must wear a face mask and antibacterial gel will be applied to their hands upon arrival.
Healthy distance: The Lobby/Reception area is clearly marked for proper physical distancing.

Common areas

Deep and constant cleaning: The frequency of deep cleaning and disinfection of all common and public spaces has been increased.
Disinfection of high-touch areas: Special measures dedicated to high-touch surfaces such as reception desks, elevators and their buttons, door handles, public toilets, room keys and locks, surfaces such as tables, chairs and loungers in the Snack Bar area and pool.
Use of face masks: The use of face masks or facial protection is required for the guests of the condominium in all public areas, with the exception of outdoor spaces, by the pool or the beach or while eating and/or drinking or smoking. actively. The areas in which the use of face masks is recommended include common interior spaces such as the lobby and reception, elevators and waiting areas.

Bedrooms

Pre-Sanitization Prior to your arrival: strict sanitization protocols will be used to clean and sanitize guest rooms.
Cleaning during your stay: Cleaning staff provide service wearing face masks and gloves at all times and using disinfectant products on floors and surfaces.
Subsequent sanitization: When your stay ends, the room is sanitized again with an ozonation machine, so that it is ready for the next guest.

Swimming pool

Availability: The use of the pool is available for non-contact recreational activities.
Safe distancing: The chairs and loungers arranged around the pool will be cleaned between each use, and will be spaced to ensure appropriate physical distancing.
Sanitizing Chlorine Concentration: Chlorine levels in swimming pools will be safely raised within permitted limits.
